1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tayqun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
3. Participant Terms
As a participant, you agree to: provide honest and thoughtful responses, not submit duplicate or fraudulent responses, and complete surveys in good faith. Rewards are credited upon successful completion and may be withheld if fraud is detected.
4. Researcher Terms
As a researcher, you agree to: provide accurate survey descriptions, set fair reward amounts, comply with ethical research standards, and not collect personally identifiable information through surveys without proper consent.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
Earnings are credited to your internal wallet upon survey completion. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold and admin approval. Processing times may vary. We reserve the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: create multiple accounts, use automated tools to complete surveys, share account credentials, submit false or misleading information, or engage in any activity that undermines platform integrity.
7. Content Ownership
Researchers retain ownership of their survey content. Survey responses become the property of the researcher who created the survey. Tayqun retains a license to use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tayqun is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time, subject to pending transactions being resolved.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
