Wherever you live, you control your personal data on Tayqun. This page explains your rights under the EU/UK GDPR, US state laws (including the California CCPA/CPRA), and similar laws, and lets you exercise them directly. We respond to all requests within 30 days (one month), free of charge.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction (GDPR)
- Access - get a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16)
- Erasure - have your data deleted ('right to be forgotten', Art. 17)
- Restriction - limit how we process your data (Art. 18)
- Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20)
- Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
- Complain to your local data protection supervisory authority
If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law
