Quality policy
Tayqun is built on trust between participants and researchers. This policy explains, in plain language, how we keep responses high-quality, what happens if a response is held for review, and how to raise a concern. Our goal is fairness - not blame.
Why we check quality
Researchers pay for honest, considered answers. Quality checks protect that value, which is what lets us keep offering paid surveys to our community. Most participants never notice them - they simply answer naturally and get paid.
How checks work
Every response is reviewed automatically against a range of signals - for example, whether it was completed unusually fast, or whether the answers are internally consistent. We deliberately keep the exact thresholds private so the checks stay fair and hard to game. No single signal decides anything on its own.
If a response is held for review
Occasionally a response is set aside for a closer look. This is not an accusation - it simply means something needs a second check before the reward is confirmed. Where a response clearly reflects real effort, it is approved and paid.
Your trust score
Over time, consistently genuine participation builds your trust score, which can unlock more and better-paying surveys. A held response doesn't erase your good standing; a pattern of low-quality responses is what affects it.
Raising a concern
If you believe a response was held or declined in error, contact our support team and we'll review it personally. We aim to respond within a few business days, and we'll always explain our decision respectfully.
